University Settlement Group:
Long Run Group: Not sure if anyone is starting early as Richard, Bert & Hugh will be at the 8K OMA XC in Sunnybrook. Please comment on the Facebook post if you are going to start early.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km usually 10K with the route to be determined based on everyone’s preference.
