This week is a different route than we’re used to so check the map. Don’t forget to bring a lock and ID if you wish to use the YMCA facilities
University Settlement Group:
Long Run Group: Richard is starting at 8:00 for a 12K loop prior to joining the regular group. Please comment on the Facebook post if you are going to start early.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km usually 10K with the route to be determined based on everyone’s preference.
