What a fantastic Pride race today! We had well over 30 Longboaters and once again, the organizers put on a great race!
Now, on to the Sunday long run. Sorry that it is a bit late:(
Please remember to bring your ID if you are not a Y member and would like to use the facilities.
We’ll be running the Bailey this week, which is an excursion along the Beltline, through the Moore Park Ravine, back to the Y and then out to High Park.
It can be as little at 23.5 (stop when you return to the Y) and as much as 32 (with a High Park loop). For distances in between, do a shorter loop or an out and back from Y after you return.
If you are going less than 23.5, do an out and back turning around at half way of your desired distance
Guest routes are always welcomed. Just make it on gmap pedometer, which is also known as milermeter.com, save your route as public and then send me the link.
