Sunday Long Run – High Park/Peninsulas

Hello everyone!

I’ve very excited about Sunday’s route. We’ll meander around High Park before heading west on the Martin Goodman trail and exploring two of the peninsulas that extend into Lake Ontario.

8:00 a.m. at the West End Y. BRING ID if you intend to use the facilities!!

The entire route is 31km (I don’t know if anybody needs to do more, but I know that you can find a km or two out there somewhere).

Here is the route. Study it!
