Sunday Long Run: August 2nd

This week we’ll be heading down to the MGT, meet at the West End YMCA at 7:50am to leave at 8am.  Group warm up at 5:45-6min/km for the first 3km, a nice gentle warm-up benefits EVERYONE! Route:

  1. South on Dovercourt. East on Sudbury. East on King. East on Douro. South on Strachan.
  2. West on Martin Goodman Trail until end. North on Norris. West on Lakeshore until first.
  3. South on First and follow the roads closest to the lake until you reach half your distance or the end of Sam Smith Park.
  4. Turn around.
