Could be some snow tomorrow. Let’s hope that that does not come to pass so that we have a dry Sunday Long Run.
West End Y, 9:00 a.m. The first 3km is a nice, slow social run.
We’ll be heading along the lake, east, nearly to the end of the Leslie Spit.
Notes:
-the trail is icy in Coronation Park so take Remembrance drive
-take the north side sidewalk on Queen’s Quay – it’s not luxurious, but it will do
-run on the road in the bike path on Queen’s Quay from Yonge to Parliament (path is icy)
