Sunday Long Run

Should be a shorter one this week with many people recovering from the Scotiabank races and others within a week of races in New York or Hamilton.

Therefore, I’ve created a route that would be lots of for me (if I was able to run, of course).

Here’s a 20k route that uses the Beltline, Wychwood Park (quiet – private roads) and the Cedarvale Revine that should suit our future marathoners.

And here is a route that is 12k for our recent marathoners.

Need something in between? Mix and match a bit.
