We’ll run past the track to meet the club and do some laps cheering, after that we’ll head down to the MGT, go as far west as you need to get your mileage in ttps://www.gmap-pedometer.com/m/?r=7257022&rf=1 meet at 7:50am to leave at 8. Don’t forget to bring a lock and id if you wish to use the YMCA facilities
University Settlement Group:
For those not running track in the West End..
Long Run Group: 8:00 start for 12-13K, returning to join the regular run group. We have 4 committed so far.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km for 10K.
