This week the group run is cancelled due to the large number of members racing Robbie Burns
University Settlement Group:
Most but not all will be at Robbie Burns this Sunday.
Long Run Group: starting at 8:00 for a 12K loop prior to the regular run. Please let us know if you are going to start early. So far only Susan has reported starting at 8:00 from the WEY.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km for 10K. John & Angela should be out for this.
