University Settlement Group:
Sunday morning will be sunny & -3C wind chill -7C. Rain/snow forceast for the afternoon.
So far for the 8:00am 12K group we have Richard, Sandra, Michael. Please let us know if you are also going to start early.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km for 10K. Richard & Sandra, adding another 8K for 30K total Tony 8-10K for 18-20K.
