OPEN STREETS! This is not the week to miss the group run. Open Streets Toronto starts at 10am and we’ll be there. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/m/?r=7127608&rf=1 to add distance double the Yonge St section, to remove distance don’t do the Yonge St section. Meet at 7:50am to leave at 8. Don’t forget to bring a lock and ID if you wish to use the YMCA facilities
University Settlement Group:
Long run group Richard is running 32K so he is leaving the front doors at 7:20 for a 20-21K loop prior to the regular group run. Please comment below if you are going to run at 7:20.
Regular Group run meet at 9:20 start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km usually 10K with the route to be determined based on everyone’s preference.
