It’s our last big long run and the weather won’t be great, but chances are the weather won’t be great on race day either so let’s get this done together!

Meet at 7:50am to leave at 8 and don’t forget a lock and id if you wish to use the ymca facilities
University Settlement Group:
The forecast is either ice pellets or freezing rain. For ice pellets we have 6 runners starting at 8:00am if it’s freezing rain check facebook comments as some may divert to Monarch Park indoor track.
Long Run Group: 8:00 start for 12-13K, returning to join the regular run group.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km for 10K.
