Hi Everyone. Due to Christmas there will be no long run from the West End YMCA on Sunday. There will be a longer option on Saturday from the Grenadier Cafe in High Park. Meet at 8:30 for the run to begin at 8:45. Along with the usual Saturday routes there will be groups going 20km+, for additional mileage 2km loops can be done on the top of the park.
