Due to the Hour on the Track this Saturday (8-10 a.m. at Varsity Stadium), we will not have a Friday Night Workout.
Our next Friday workout will be a hill session at High Park on Friday, August 15 at 6:15 p.m.
We’ve had fantastic crowds lately for out long runs. This Sunday’s route (8 a.m at the West End Y – bring ID if you would like to use the facilities) is pretty darn flat. Here is our lakeside route which goes through the bottom of High Park (don’t go up Centre Road) and ends up all the way on the far end of Marie Curtis Park, just on the other side of the Toronto/Mississauga border. Of course, you can turn around wherever you wish.
