West End Y Group:
We’ll be going east this week to preview the Time Trial course on Unwin for the upcoming 5km TT on January 7th. We will take the MGT East, down Cherry and rather than continuing on the MGT we will detour through the portlands by taking Unwin to Leslie and back up to the Martin Goodman. Once you get to your half way point, turn around and follow the same route back. There is no sidewalk on Unwin so practice safe running and be mindful of other road users, traffic is usually pretty light. Meet at the West End YMCA for 8:50am we will start the run at 9. Don’t forget to bring ID and a lock if you wish to use the YMCA facilities.

Settlement Group:
Settlement is closed but Richard Bailey & Michael Cho will be running starting at 9:30 from the front door.
Pace will be around 6:00 min/km. Route to be determined based on everyone’s preference.
Everyone is welcome & storage of clothing etc. will be available in Richard’s van.
