We’ll meet tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. at the West End Y for this week’s long run. Sadly, the incredibly dry conditions of Friday Night’s workout have been replaced by something else. What can you do. It’s truly a Darwinian winter for training. The strong will survive. Are you one of them?
Here are the routes (Boston Special). Hopefully, we’ll be able to do the quality intervals, but if it’s not in the cards, than so be it. The to and fro-ing of the run will be workout enough.

To add an extra 3.8ish km, do the Kingsway Cresent/Govervnment, Royal York/King Edward Loop.
To add an extra 1.9ish km, do a loop in the park.
