Friday Night Workout is Back On

Hello my fellow Longboaters,

We resume Friday Night workouts at High Park tonight.

The workout begins promptly with a warm-up at 6:15 p.m. The warm-up will be a clockwise run on the upper High Park loop so if you are worried that you will be late or you are running to the park as your warm-up, run counter clockwise to catch us.

We’ll meet at at the Grenadier Cafe.

All are welcome. This weeks workout will be a mixture of tempo running and hill sprints. It promises to be very fun.
