Friday and Sunday Workouts – Jan. 15 and 17

Friday workout sessions are back on!  We’ll meet at the Grenadier Cafe in High Park at 6:15  PM and hit the hills.

Sunday long run will have a delayed start this week to accommodate hangovers from the Longboat Gala.  We’ll meet at 9:50 at the West End YMCA.

The weather looks very promising, so I thought we’d try out the Humber River. We may make a last minute switch, however, if the weather makes other routes a better bet.

  1. West on College. West on Dundas. South on Sorauren. West on Fermanagh/High Park Blvd.
  2. North on Centre Rd. South on Colbourne Lodge Rd. West on Martin Goodman Trail
  3. over the Humber Footbridge and take that path that circles under the Footbridge, north on Humber Trail, North on Stephen, West on Riverwood Parkway
  4. South on Humber Valley Road into King’s Mill Park, East on Old Mill, North on Humber Trail into Etienne Brule Park. Once you reach half your distance, turnaround.
