Hello Canadian football fans (….and other Canadians…and those of other nationalities),
Toronto hosts the hated and repugnant Tiger-Cats this Sunday in the CFL East final and to honour my beloved Argos who I hope will advance to next week’s Grey Cup, we will be doing an Argo inspired long run.
It will include running past past and present Argo home fields, Varsity Stadium, Exhibition Stadium and the Rogers Centre (nee Skydome).

And here is a 20km route that includes a second loop of the Ex (since my uncle said that it was the rowdiest police security job in the city back in the day) and a loop around Lamport Stadium, which was proposed as a new home for the Argos before the new Varsity Stadium deal was born and then scrapped.

Now, their is one field that was left out of the run, but that is being saved for next week’s special Grey Cup route!
Again, I wish that I could be with you, but while you engage in this special ‘football’ run, it is my foot that is still in need of coddling.
