Dear Longboaters,
As promised, we will be having another time trial!
When: Sunday,November 22, 9:00 a.m.
Where: Ashbridges Bay (all runners & volunteers need to meet at the foot of Lee Avenue for the start)
What: 20K/10K/5K
Who: Just Longboaters at the moment, with the possibility of inviting Longboat friends if we can still adhere to provincial guidelines
How: It will be a 5K course along the Beach –
20K runners will do a total of 4 laps, while 5K and 10K runners will combine in a relay format to do the full 20K (e.g., 2 5K runners and 1 10K runners; 2 10K runners, etc. – we’ll make up the relay teams if you already haven’t sent over your list)

If there is space, we will then open the event up to Longboat friends.
