In case you missed the announcement on Facebook, Stephen Walter will be hosting a strength workout for runners at 6pm tomorrow (Apr 22) on Facebook Live! The workout will be geared towards the muscle groups that we use while running.
If possible, please have the following items available –
- exercise loop band (optional)
- thick book (for certain exercises)
- yoga mat or soft surface
Ideally, you will have a regular run warm up done beforehand, so we can get straight into our warm up drills.
There will also be a question & answer period at the end of the session.
Instructions about how to connect to the live video will be posted on Wednesday (you should be able to access the Facebook Live video even if you don’t have a Facebook account).
