University Settlement Group:
So far for the 8:00am 12K group we have Richard, Sandra, Steve, Rachel?, Tony, Michael, Susan & Tanya. Please let us know if you are also going to start early.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km for 10K. Richard & Sandra, adding another 8K for 30K.
