University Settlement Group:
Sunday morning’s temperature should be around -16C but sunny with little wind.
Long Run Group: Richard, Sandra, Michael, so far, are starting at 8:00 for a 12K loop prior to the regular run. Please let us know if you are also going to start early.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km for 10K. Richard, Sandra, & Tony are adding another 8K & Heidi another 13 – 14K.
