University Settlement Group:
Long Run Group: Richard & Steve are starting from Settlement at 8:00 for a 12K loop prior to the regular run. Please comment on the Facebook post if you are also going to start early.
Regular Run Group: Settlement is closed so we are meeting Bert & Hugh in the Foyer of the First Canadian Place (Adelaide Club) on Adelaide between Bay & York. Meet at 9:15. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km usually 10K with the route to be determined based on everyone’s preference
