Sunday October 15 – Longboat Road Runners

This week a coach George route. http://www.mappedometer.com/?maproute=652642 With most people running on Sunday, Oct. 22 at the Scotia races – many are doing 17-19 k.
This is an interesting route with Trinity Bellwoods (twice), the Lakeshore West, ON Place and a bit of Liberty Village thrown in.
It is 19k, but you can shorten or extend on the MGT.

Long run group

The usual members of the early run group are either racing, tapering or out of town. Please comment below if you are going to run early.

Regular run Group

Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km usually 10K with the route to be determined based on everyone’s preference.
