This week we’ll be meeting at the Grenadier Restaurant at 6:15pm to warm up with a lap around the top loop of High Park before we each head off to our hill workouts. For those doing the prescribed workout, please head west to Ellis ave and use it for the 4x1k at 5k feel going up the hill. Unfortunately Coach Kyle won’t be there so please either organize yourselves, or if someone would like to lead the workout be my guest! I’ll see everyone on Sunday.
