For those still in the city and meeting at the West End Y on Sunday, the 8:00 am will take you over the the beginning of the Scotiabank course. Hopefully, there won’t be too much traffic and the traffic lights are friendly.
Here is the route map. The loop is 10 miles long and you can add as much as you wish along the lake.

South on Dovercourt
East on Dundas
North on University/Queen’s Park (East side of Queen’s Park Circle)
West on Bloor
South on Bathurst
West on Fort York.
West on Lakeshore and onto Martin Goodman Trail
After Martin Goodman Trail run on Lakeshore to just after Royal York for the full 32km
Turn around and run back to British Columbia
Cross Lakeshore and take British Columbia to Dufferin and run north to College
East on College to Y
