Due to our attendance at the Island Race on Sunday, we’ll be moving the long run to Saturday and therefore, there will not be a Friday Night workout. We’ll meet at our normal 8:00 a.m. time, but at the Grenadier Restaurant in High Park, not the West End Y.
After the run, please stick around for some breakfast at the Grenadier Restaurant with some of the regular Saturday runners. You way wish to run a bit of distance prior to 8:00 a.m. in order eat with a bigger crowd (around 10:00 a.m.ish).

Begin at Grenadier Restaurant.
North on Colborne Lodge
West on Bloor
South on Wendigo Way to Ellis Park Rd.
East on path into park and south on path around east side of Grenadier Pond
South on Colborne Lodge
East on Martin Goodman Trail to Coronation Park Loop
Turn west after looping park and follow Martin Goodman Trail until the end at Norris
Take Lakeshore Blvd and go south on First st
Use trails and Lakeshore Dr (not Blvd) and other connecting streets along lake until the end of Colonel Sam Smith Park (Humber College).
Turn back east to High Park
North on Colborne Lodge and back to Restaurant.
For 16km, turn around at about Windemere along Martin Goodman Trail.
For 20km, turn around at about the second white footbridge along Martin Goodman Trail (Mimico Creek)
For 24km, turn around at about Lakeshore Blvd and Miles Road
For 28km, turn around at about Lakeshore Dr and Seventh
