The weather this Sunday should be pretty hot – but there are clouds in the forecast which should keep things a bit more reasonable.
I may not be able to make it again – the MEC trail race this Sunday is calling out to me – but there should be a solid Longboat contingent on the roads this Sunday. Meet, as usual, at 7:50 AM at the West End YMCA.
Bring some cash and/or water – you may want to pick up refreshments along the way. Feel free to get creative about options on the way back too.

- South on Dovercourt. East on Sudbury. East on King. East on Douro. South on Strachan.
- West on Martin Goodman Trail until end. North on Norris. West on Lakeshore until first.
- South on First and follow the roads closest to the lake until you reach half your distance or the end of Sam Smith Park.
- Turn around.
