Richard Bailey is offering to do a club race packet pickup for any Longboaters running Around the Bay. There is no race day pickup, so Richard will be going the Friday prior to the race to do a mass pickup for Longboat. Please get in touch with Richard BEFORE MARCH 14th with the name you registered under as well as your bib number. Team must provide the Team name and the captain’s name and bib number. Team packets cannot be split up for packet pickup so only the team captain should make a request. Richard’s contact info can be found in the group email sent March 7 from the Longboat Secretary.
You should have received an email informing you of your bib number. If you do not know your bib number you can get your bib number (no matter how you registered) from the confirmation list.

If you are transferring your bib please do this prior to requesting a group pickup as the organizers remove transfered bibs from a group pickup if the name associated with the bib changes from the name submitted on the group pickup form. Bib Transfers can be done for $15 prior to 5pm Sunday March 9th using this link:

Richard will bring the packets to the morning run in High Park on Saturday March 29th (8:30-8:45 or 9:45 -10:30). If you cannot make it to this Saturday pickup please arrange for someone else to collect your packet as he will be busy on race day.
Richard will send out a confirmation email, by March 18th, to those members who have requested I pickup their packet: If you do not get this email your packet will not be in the group pickup.
