Our next Longboat members’ meeting will take place Wednesday August 21 at 8pm at the University Settlement House. Please check your email for a copy of the agenda, the previous meeting’s minutes, as well as an updated version of the Constitution (with the added change of the fiscal year).

 

If you will not be attending the meeting but wish to vote on one of the items, please appoint a proxy by emailing the Secretary the following wording: “I appoint [named proxy] to be my proxy at the Longboat Members Meeting on August 21, 2013.”

 

Also, please RSVP to Dana Ferguson (secretary@longboatroadrunners.com) so we have an idea for attendance.
