University Settlement Group:
Long Run Group: Richard is running 22K leaving the front doors @ 8:00 for a 12K loop (meeting up with Juliana & Stephen at 2K) prior to the regular group run. Please comment below if you are going to start at 8:00.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km usually 10K with the route to be determined based on everyone’s preference.
