Sunday Long Run

Same route as two weeks ago. We’ll run around Baby Point, the Humber and finish with some Boston Special. Plus it has a loop and an out and back.

NOTE: Be very careful at the Adelaide/Dupont/Dundas intersection. We almost had a bunch of trouble their last time:(

Of course, we will meet at 8:00 a.m. at the West End Y and you should bring your ID if you want to use the facilities.

The full route is just under 30km, which should be enough for everybody. After the description, you’ll find turnaround points for different distances.
