University Settlement Group:
Long Run Group: Richard is running the Marquise de Sade so will not be running early. If you plan to run early please comment on the Facebook post & others may join you.
Regular Run Group: Meet at 9:20 for a start at 9:30 from University Settlement. Pace will be 5:30 – 6:15 min/km usually 10K with the route to be determined based on everyone’s preference.
