Flying Feather Standings
2013 Standings Four road races of 5km to marathon to count. For each result half marathon equivalent times are calculated using MacMillan running calculator then the average of the best four races (with no duplication of distance permitted) is used.
WMA Standings
2013 Standings Six races to count comprising a minimum of two races under 10Km and two races 10Km or more, with a maximum of two track races under 10,000m. Marathons and longer will count as two races.
